Biography
Ella Mullokandova, RDH, BSDH is a Co-founder of Converge Dental and a practicing dental hygienist. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 2004 and has extensive experience in implant, cosmetic, general, oral surgery, and periodontal dentistry. She enjoys learning and understanding business operations of all aspects of a dental practice and emphasizes the importance of shared leadership for practice success. She finds great satisfaction in guiding and inspiring teams to transform their practices into happy, productive, stress free, profitable, and constantly growing environment with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer experiences. Ella routinely attends classes and seminars to stay up to date with latest advancements and technology. She is excited to see how technology is transforming dentistry today. On a more personal note, she is fluent in Russian and understand several other languages. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids: hiking, dancing, baking, and simply acting silly. She also loves to travel and see the world!
