Dr. Josie Dovidio
Biography
Dr. Josie Dovidio is a long-time dentist, registered yoga teacher. After 22 years, she made the difficult decision to sell her practice, in order to address health issues related to the prolonged physical and mental stress inherent to dentistry. She now helps dental professionals "undo" what dentistry does to the body, mind, and soul through her Yoga for Dentists community on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Channel, and Podcast. She's also a certified wellness consultant to dentists, taking clients from burnout to breakthrough via her Crown of Wellness Program. Dr. Dovidio lives in Southern California with her family.
